R1 Shield

Well i actually dont know if this its a bug or its intended but r1 shield can be ignored for things like killing machine and hangman, so i just want to know if that shouldnt happen

I'm pretty sure that is normal since both roles ignore shields

Ruins the point of a function when the purpose is to prevent someone from dying first repeatedly if roles can bypass it.
