OK for one, amnesiac should just be able to turn into any role at all, but two

amnesiac has a crewmate base, it can't just obtain a kill button as far as we know

In the current version of the AU it is possible to do this, but as Innersloth reported they accidentally added code that could change the role mid-game (although this would require add additional code)

So if they remove this code in next version, then changing roles without an intro scene is impossible
