When reject shapeshift turned on he can just silence any player in map and NO ONE will know about he did it.
Also this role can silence multiple times.
I think its kinda OP.
What about make Blackmailer silence player by kill button and once per round.
For balance silenced target have invisible vote. But you can't silence same target twice(you need to wait 1 round to doing this)
