seeming that you guys added ghost roles, i guess that there should no problem making Phantom like TOU:R (the first neutral being killed will become phantom and has to complete the tasks to win alone or with the winning team depending to the settings).
This phantom could just use the normal crewmate ghost basis instead of GA basis but, if this gets approved then choose what you all think what is best to do.
I don't know if also Haunter should also get this because i have a feeling that he could be broken, seeming that it will be pretty much an unkillable and unstoppable snitch (seeming that is impossible to put the ghost killing method into this mod obviously).
So, unless you guys have some ideas to balance him then i would suggest to not make haunter into this mod.
let me think about your thoughts about this phantom idea if there is something that you would change or is good how it is.

another reason why haunter can be so op it's generally having to start with crewmates being the most numerous team obviously which is more probable for a haunter to spawn into the first round and having a big portion of the game to work on tasks (idk how fast your games though) which is more improbable for the haunter to spawn at the first rounds seeming that generally people (unless they wanna do a stupid funny chaotic lobby) puts a little amount of neutrals but if you also have doubts about phantom being a ghost role
im all open for you thoughts for both haunter and phantom guys

quite frankly, I don't think I'll be making any neutral ghosts cuz it dosen't make sense for me as neutrals are their "own" team most of the time in a sense, while I look at ghost roles as a way to support your team.

yk, I was thinking not specifecally "Neutral Ghost" but "Global Ghost" roles could maybe work.
But I'm not too sure abt that idea yet, but straight up neutral ghost is a big ick for me still.
