Oblivious reporting bodies

I don’t have the video, and I don’t have logs, but when I was playing, I was Vulture (which I can eat bodies, and have an eat cooldown), but also Oblivious since I can’t report bodies. I actually had this happen to me only once. While my eat cooldown was still going, I somehow reported the body

As the Vulture, report bodies to win!

When you report a body, if your eat cooldown is up, you'll eat the body (makes it unreportable).
If your eat ability is still on cooldown, then you'll report the body normally.

Additionally, you'll report bodies normally if the maximum bodies eaten per round is reached.

Oblivious: Add-ons

Detective and Cleaners won't be Oblivious. Oblivious cannot report dead bodies. Note: Bait killed by Oblivious will still be reported automatically, and Oblivious can still be used as a scapegoat for the Anonymous.

It reports normally if they are on cooldown. Because of Vulture's code, though, it glitched Oblivious and allowed it to report
