wait... how about each round you haven't completed all your tasks, you gain an additional task (obviously with a max)? Kinda like a reverse workhorse

Then it becomes the opposite of a procrastinator sorta

How about this: Procrastinator's tasks won't count until it can complete them

This seems fine. I don't think we need any more roles or add-ons discouraging doing tasks.
