Scavenger Nerf

This has to be one of the simplest nerfs of all time.
It kills like Revolutionist (Stay around your victim for a few seconds, then ZAP), then it does the same behavior as Scavenger (Kills drop no dead bodies).
Failing a kill with this will reset your kill cooldown though. This adds a bit of skill to the role instead of making it be a super-simple slicer that leaves no traces. You NEED to deserve to kill!

New Settings :

• Kill wind-up time (In seconds)

NOTE: Don't like this? Make the wind-up time 0 seconds and you'll have good old unnerfed Scavenger!

usually i'm against scavenger nerfs because it usually destroys the entire role, but this one is pretty good

Yea, the fact that Scavenger is so simple is also the reason it's hard to nerf. This is my idea for a way to keep it simple, but not as OP

Also Hangman is like Scavenger but less broken cuz you are forced to Shapeshift which lasts mere seconds and it is just hard

When I wanna nerf a role in the #1175886485560504340 list, I think of ideas that keep the role as untouched as possible

also it allows to have unnerfed scavenger IF you don't like this
