Idea one: Whenever someone says a word that is longer than x characters (like floccinaucinihilipilification, antidisastablishmentarianism, supercalifragilisticexpailidocious, incomprehensibilities, honorificabilitudinitatibus, sesquipedalianism, pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, or someone mentions the add-on), the Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobic loses a life.
Lives setting and a Word Length for Life Lose setting.

Idea two: Whenever someone's entire message is longer than x characters, the Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobic loses a life.
This idea could be called 'Simplistic' instead of Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobic, though Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobic fits idea one (meaning fear of long words).
Lives setting and a Message Length for Life Lose setting.

Both ideas lose lives even if they're the one who used the long words/messages.

Lives: When they lose a life, they're notified about it. They die if they lose all their lives.

Both ideas have all the typical add-on settings, too.
