As it currently stands, with the anti-blackout issues where you can only have 1 NK, this would be useless, maybe I'll change my mind when that's fixed, but for now, they will always be "the last one"

Yes you do? In almost all games with imp egoists the host has it so imps can see egoists

Well I can't speak for the ones who have that setting enabled, but if you did know who was an egoist, you'd be trying to work out how to get rid of them before you get to a point where there's not many people left because they win on their own, so you're basically working against each other
