I would actually say this works better than FT in certain cases.
The ability to give Onbound to fellow Crewmates while hard-clearing them is very valuable, while making everyone see the Role of an Evil means the Revealer doesn't have to violate the 5th Amendment, as they don't have to incriminate themselves by giving the information provided to them.

Regardless, using it this way is overpowered and unbalanced

*It should only reveal the Role and give the Onbound Modifier in the meeting after the initial use, as otherwise it would be too easy to guess the Revealer.
