I want more than 1 Jackal to be allowed in the game.
Thesis: There is only 1 Jackal to be enabled.
Hypothesis: If you can have more Jackals allowed at one time, then I can have more killers on the field.
What I wish to happen: Allow a number of them to be chosen from 1-15.
Known Caveat: None

Wouldn't work even if I allowed it. Maximum setting doesnt work for neutrals.
