Wrong string for fool

Someone made imp can be fool but did not update stuffs in string.csv
Fool imp cannot sabotage( wow this is cool)
I suggest not remove this feature, and correct the string.
eg "Fool cannot repair sabotage and Imp fool cannot sabotage"

Since translate work is moved to crowdin, Im not making prs. Can translator look into this?
