a neutral role, and heres how it works
Basically, you start off as a "crewmate" but u can vent to change this
there's 2 modes, u can vent once to activate the first mode and vent to activate the 2nd but u cannot change it after u make the decision.
the 1st mode is simple, you start off with 10 tasks and there's a timer (host can set it to whatever he wants but it has to be at least 3 or 3+ minutes) the shift man has to finish all his tasks to win in a certain time limit otherwise he dies...
The shift man can reveal his role, making him unguessable and making him lose about 3 tasks.
the 2nd option is i guess u could say rampage... you have to kill the entirety of the lobby but u can only kill 3 people per meeting/dead body reported.
U have 0 kill cool down but u are stunned for 3 seconds in place. In addition to this, you only have 1 meeting and you are automatically oblivious (cant report bodies).

Also he cannot win if he dies

also to help with the tasks thing, for the 1st mode u can vent with no cool down but for the 2nd you cannot vent at all

If you didn't have one, you just can't gain one mid-game.

killers can kill them and also i stated that each kill ment u cant move for 5 seconds to make it balanced

that's not even close to balanced..... since nothing stops you from killing while you're stuck, and also, 5s is just not enough
