This might seem op at first since this is no longer a solo and has teammates the fact that hacking costs killcooldown if you hack then you are basically sacrificing kills to hack so it should be balanced.

Actually the name "the bugged" makes it too similar to the glitch(tohe version) so this role should be called "bugger" instead

Also renamed hack ability with bug since there is already a hacker role
