Smh madmates are although weak at first they become almost unstoppable when there is like 7 people left
The lack of spaces on punctuation/parentheses makes it hard to read but I would approve this idea if it wasn't that OP. I think it would be more balanced if you removed this:
The angel has to get attacked twice in order to actually die because the first time the angel gets attacked the kill will get blocked but if the angel gets attacked a 2nd time the angel will die like normal.
Because its ability to kill off all Neutrals and to annoy the Imps by increasing their kill cooldown is already very powerful. It's almost like a Sheriff that can't misfire

Still seems even more broken than God who exposes all killers but I do like the idea. I'm conflicted on if I want it in or not but I'm also not sure if there's a good way to make it less OP
I mean if there is not a Gangster or not too many neutral roles then it's not broken
Also if the angel seems broken then the host can SIMPLY increase the cooldown to bless people
Not affecting the Imps would certainly make it less OP but then it'd be useless if you have max Neutrals, Madmates, and Gangster set to 0 so I'm not sure
