free form crop tool

is there a free form crop tool to where i am not fixed to cropping, that is, i can crop every angle freely rather than it being fixed unilterally on the respective side i am cropping

You can crop any ratio you want but it will always be a rectangle or a square. Meaning that all opposite sides will always be parrallel and at a 90 degrees angle from the adjacent side.
But apart from the constrain you can do whatever you want.
When you crop, you will have multiple options. see the side bar here:

To get there, simply press "X" from Crop, double click on the image/video you want to crop, or select "crop" in the list when you right click on the selected element.

Not really, as the canvas is always a rectangle. But maybe I don't understand what you need. Can you share a real life example of what you need?

thing of it like paint, a freely controllable cursor that can go in zigzags etc around the object

like let's say u want to crop a circle, u just draw the circle around the image

because the shape crop tool they have only crop out a fixed line

Not like that, you could in another app like photoshop for example
However, you can crop to a circle, it's in the pre-made shapes in the crop menu

i was just giving an example

basically you can crop out anything you want to, whatever shape etc

but it'll be less symmetric accuracy because you're controlling it
