Does anyone know if it's possible to get x and y coordinates of objects in Adobe Express? I've returned to it after there not being enough functionality in the old version (mostly not being able to add Adobe fonts to Brands).
I figured out a way to create seamless carousels (in shhh Canva) using coordinates to place the same element across several pages but don't seem to be able to do the same in AE 😦

Not yet but guides, grids and dimensions will soon be added (it's been requested a lot of time and is now in development, should be there soon)
However, if that helps, you have smart guides available that helps you align according to the canvas, and also locally to other objects
see the magenta lines
Honestly, we all looking forward having real dimensions in Express 🙂
What I would do in AE is to set shapes (as rectangles/squares) and use them as guides (you can use lines as well. Those shapes can be copied over multiple pages so as to keep the continuity (you can reduce their opacity to 0, so they're there to align to, but invisible)
Thanks for the quick reply Sandrine - I wondered if I just couldn't find them. Definitely a much needed feature! I tried using a rectangle and a line as guides but they don't snap when dragged off screen so it's hard to know if objects are perfectly aligned horizontally. Back to Illustrator for my carousels for the time being then... 😩
