Options…
• Delete and re-install the app.
If that doesn’t work….
• Upgrade your iOS system software, and/or hardware
Try again.
Good luck.
If the options mentioned above don’t work, feel free to contact Support. https://helpx.adobe.com/support/express.html
I tried to reinstall, but no luck. I'm running the current Android on Pixel 8 Pro and still failing
As a matter of troubleshooting, might you have any devices by Apple? Something with iOS? iPad? IPhone? A Mac? It might be worth investigating, for your workflow?
As a point of reference, Adobe, since the beginning, has always been better optimized for Apple. It's my understanding that Steve Jobs assisted with some of the development of Photoshop.
Just food for thought.
Yes. It should work on Android.
@floral echo ?
So sorry you're experiencing this @ionic fractal . please could you share this issue with the support team here: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/support.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Sure thing; thanks for following up with this.
Looks like the desktop version is limited on the animations. I prefer the text to flow into view word by word. The version for MAC is okay, but as I mentioned. I want the design created through the app on my device.
Indeed. I am no software engineer. Short of what Andy and I have already suggested, I am afraid that I am out of ideas, other than, perhaps, you might want to learn Adobe After Effects (if you don’t already know it), as the potential output from that program is absolutely limitless.
In terms of app functionality pain, I am definitely with you. Adobe Spark/Express Web iOS app is completely non-functional right now, and I am extremely frustrated.
Anyhow….
Good luck, sir.
I have used it after Effects and Premier off and on. I am pushing myself and my skills to use smaller devices to improve my design know-how.
Thanks for keeping up with this thread and your feedback. And I wouldn't get too dissuaded; it's evolution at the basis of all of this intersection of design and tech. I have been in it for about 30+ years now. And I find the new stuff pretty interesting.
Indeed. My favorite, so far, is Firefly. Mind blowing. Best, sir.
