but sometimes roblox moves people to others to test changes (A/B testing)
could you try with normal bloxstrap?

when you said to go to normal bloxstrap i got an exe fron this site here

opened it and it said it was going to update
updated and it wasnt there
when i went to open from my taskbar its still there
but opening it by the exe shows again the update prompt
