Are you sure it's not because you made your avatar tall? Because the taller the avatar, the closer Yuri gets to the camera

Because my avatar is at 50%

Updated avatar at 0% height, seems to have fixed it, but I still count this as a bug considering I don't think the camera's supposed to do that even at 50% height
