I have 50 FCS but the icon is still locked. Is this a bug or are there additional objectives?

It has to be Unique FCs, not normal FCs

It even says it right there on the settings screen

Right now, you have 43 UFCs, so go complete 7 more different songs that you haven't FC'd yet
