The animation soft locks you if you’re wearing a back accessory for some reason
Second I swapped to my avatar with only a crown the animation started working

it's not an accessory, but something to do with the basic, normal, nothing selected head
no face, head, or anything selected. Just the basic head

all other anims work fine except for horror mario when a head is equipped
so it's just a problem with horror mario when it comes to the heads category
