Please note that Helpers may take some time to respond.
In the meantime, please read the Guides and FAQs if you haven't already in #guides-and-faqs.
Also please provide a clear description of your issue and attach screenshots or videos if possible.
After you have done everything you can, wait until a Helper assists you. This may take a while since they may be busy or away.

Check that you have an proper exclusion set as shown in the FAQ and then verify your gamefiles using the downloader.
I found this since this was my error on the FAQ but when I try to do this, the error shows up again
