#Friend is having trouble installing.

I've installed and played. tried to get my friend to do the same. Unfortunately, it won't work. He types in his Steam login but it won't ask for a password, it'll just boot straight to the game download menu. When he attempts to install Y1S1 (The same as mine) it comes up with a long error message (I'll try and get the message or screenshot it), I believe stating it couldn't find his steam account. We've uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. followed multiple "How to install" tutorial videos to ensure we didn't miss a step. Please help.

Also please provide a clear description of your issue and attach screenshots or videos if possible.

After you done everything you can wait until a Helper assists you. This may take a while since they may be busy or away.

we have. we even changed the steam name to something simple and it still wouldnt work

I put in my login user but even after waiting 5 minutes it didnt do anything. I even pressed enter and it still didnt do anything. I'm using Jvav downloader.
