get the downlaoder, put it in your old folder
remove the old downloader, and delete your resources folder
then run the new downloader and verify your game

it did not but I found that my sys32 is corrupted and windows security doesnt exist on my pc because of that so I have to reinstall windows anyways which is probably whats causing the problem
