every time i load up white noise with the liberator my game crashes what can do to fix this

i used the R6Downloader-V6-5 if that helps

there's 2 issues that could potentially intervene?

first being you generally need admin perms to move stuff directly to the C drive like that, iirc

#

I doubt that's what's causing it, but potentially it could, I guess? not sure

secondly make sure liberator gets downloaded into your excluded folder directly

also, if I were you, delete the v6 downloader, and delete the recourses folder before verifying with the v7 downloader

I wont lie I still use the old v6 downloader because it works fine for me, since I already have the recourses folder required for that version. I also still run the old cracks because I've never had a reason to update, so I have no idea what the recourses folder looks like on the most recent downloader builds

i asked one of the renegades from the renegades tms server and they said its usually a cracks issue or maybe something in my CODEX

delete the resources folder, and run the new downloader

that downloads the resources for the new one and then you don't have left over files from the old one in there

after you did that try to re-verify your gamefiles and see if that changes anything

other than that idk what this could be honestly

cus it's not a bad exclusion, you don't have the game in onedrive, and you say it only happens when using liberator which I've never seen before

Copy the following files into your main game folder (the same folder containing the game's executable file):

defaultargs.dll
steam_api64.dll
ThrowbackLoader.toml
LaunchR6.bat

Next, copy the correct .dll file for your specific game season into the same folder:

For seasons up to and including Y6S2 North Star: "uplay_r1_loader64.dll"
For Y6S3 Crystal Guard: "upc_r1_loader64.dll"
For Y6S4 High Calibre and later: "upc_r2_loader64.dll"

To change your username, edit the "ThrowbackLoader.toml" file.
To launch the game, double-click "LaunchR6.bat".
Your save files for each season will be stored in a "ThrowbackLoader" folder created within that season's game directory.

I'd get it out of ur C drive as a last resort honestly

just to make sure that isnt it

#

for example, first make a folder on your desktop, call it OLDR6, exclude that folder, then move all the contents from your original folder into this new excluded folder

then redownload liberator and test again

#

shouldnt take long at all since both locations will be on the same drive

if you move it to a different drive its gonna take a while
