When I run siege (white noise) I get the error "[INFO] Blocked loading of file: D:\OldR6\Downloads\Y2S4_WhiteNoise\steam_api64.dll", I have set up an exception in windows antivirus for the entire folder, and after that one for steam_api64.dll alone. The AI help recommended opening the .bat file, but I don't have one, only a .exe. Could it be down to the .net frameworks? Do I have the wrong one, or need to delete existing ones?

dont run it on a external drive
