Make a exclusion folder
Redownload game
Make sure the folder you are downloading to isnt a OneDrive folder
Update Windows
restart ur pc

In a ADMIN Command Prompt Do this:

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

This Scans the Image for corrupt files.

Then Execute:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

And Then

sfc /scannow

If this doesent work tell me and i have another solution.
