Do you have an exclusion set up on the folder?

In your windows Defender under virus and threat protection, you have to set an exclusion so your anti virus doesn't remove any files.

#

Having windows Defender turned off does not always work.

ohhh

#

yeah mines just turned off i thought it would be enough

timber harbor
#

It won't always be, so if you could set one up just to be sure that would be great.

brave sapphire
#

ok i did it

#

now what

timber harbor
#

After that try and verify files. To do so you just run the downloader again and essentially download the same season. But without deleting any of your files.

brave sapphire
#

okay give me a second and 3 quaters

timber harbor
#

It will verify the existing files and download missing ones.

brave sapphire
#

ok

timber harbor
#

If it still isn't working after it's done verifying, let me know.

#

Oh and another thing it also could be @brave sapphire , is if you don't have enough storage on your drive.

Alright good.

brave sapphire
#

should i just keep reinstalling until theres none

timber harbor
#

Those are normal, so just keep letting it run.

brave sapphire
#

okay

#

@timber harbor is this a usual amount of time out

timber harbor
#

I would say yes, so at that point you could restart but you can also let it run. It's up to you.

brave sapphire
#

like restart the download again while its still going

#

or just leave it

timber harbor
#

I don't think the connection timeouts will cause much trouble, so it's up to you what you'd like to do.

#

But those are the two options yes.

brave sapphire
#

ok ill just leave it and see what happens

#

will i have to redo the crack stuff

timber harbor
#

No.

#

Very unlikely.
