You can try that, could be wrong but i think its from a file that handles the offline stuff
that may be missing or corrupted

That's interesting cause it wouldn't need to connect to anything on a local.
If restarting the game doesn't work you can try and replace cracks in #old-guides-and-faqs-mega-bugged
