Missing launch .exe

idk how to fix it/get the file to generate

please ping me if you have a solution or idea on how to fix

i reinstalled and its there so idk why it didnt work first try

idk but im central us and its likely set to whatever option was closest to that when i chose it

It sometimes doesn't download the exe due to the antivirus or steam account region
