what im saying is that the spread of weapon on my screen is difference from the clip you sent me, only cheat can modify spread of the weapon and only you can see it so the options is the guy that send the clip is cheating or something is wrong on the game in that moment

while this could be due to the shitty nature of spectator in the game, the clip i recorded would be considered 'no recoil' imo, not even a macro would get it that stable, there is no horizontal or vertical movement in the spray. which looks incredibly suspicious. but i'm acknowledging this could be due to spectator issues and i have no objections to unbanning you, the scripts in your moss have no data within it so its not like that could be used (unless corrupted for whatever reason), i will add there was multiple instances of people seeing this 'no recoil' type behavior while you're playing.
ultimately i don't see the harm in giving you another chance, as there is no real concrete evidence. but if you're caught slipping it in anyway it should be known it won't look good for you
