I downloaded velvet shell and I have attempted to launch “rainbowsix.exe” a number of times yet nothing seems to be happening

and it’ll verify files

no need to delete anything (unless it tells you to)

A video I watched said go to resources, go to plaza new and then replace the ones in the game file

it was velvet shell btw, if that helps
