Well that would probably be because your downloader is in your OneDrive as well.

Whatever folder your downloader is in, your files go.

only solution would be to use sku rus and change language option where you have to replace some files ( i am not 100% familiar with that i know where a message is that woul explain it but i would have to find it first) or get a new acc for siege that is not post-udssr
