rainbowsix.exe not starting

i followed steps in an updated tutorial on how the program works and got stuck at this "rainbowsix.exe" file that will not launch when i click to open it I am on the most recent version of windows 11 and dont have this issue on the live build or any other programs that i own.

Make sure you have exclusions properly made within your antivirus alongside all appropriate files downloaded

If you’re potentially missing files just redownload the season and it’ll verify
