y7s1 & y7s2 black screen on launch then crashes

I've put the UPCR2_NEW (i also tried ORI) and for some reason when I launch the game, I hear the soundtrack but I have black screen and then it closes itself.
I have windows defender completely disabled.

when i use ORI my game doesnt launch and i get this error :
