Since version 2.10.0, gradients in my holograms break.

Nothing you can do atm

Assuming you're running 26.X (or well, not assuming because you said so)

I will check if there's a dev build from before we updated chatcolorhandler

Unfortunately there's none. Oliver will fix it as soon as he's able to. Should be within the next few days.
You can probably use MiniMessage <gradient> instead. It has always been preferred over legacy color formatting.
