I have my server on Paper version 1.21.4 and I uploaded the plugin to my server. The plugin was also version 1.21.4, but it's not loading; only the .jar file is there, the plugin folder isn't created, and there are no error messages.

I confused the internal version with the user facing. (Which lead to me thinking the version 2.10.0.359 removed the 1.21.4 module but just removed the ones before). Right now I am spinning up a test server for 1.21.4 and look for errors there.
Without any error it is hard to find the issue.
