I personally love fancy npcs/holo but the 1 thing that is making me not fully make the switch is the time it takes to load the holos, and sometimes the npc, however on this occasion the npc seems to of loaded fairly quickly. Whereas sometimes it can take up to 5 seconds, same with the holograms. Is there a way to change this? Thanks

Decrease update_visibility_interval and restart the server. Default is 100 ticks, which is equal 5 seconds.
We should probably make it a bit lower by default because 5 seconds is too much. I agree.
