First-Time Credit Top-up FAILURE.

I tried to top-up credits for the first time and the update billing address keeps on cyclying with the loading indicator. If I fill the form and click update Billing Address the loading indicator shows for sometime disappears and shows the same update Billing Address again. Clicking it repeats the same pattern.
Clicking straight on Add payment method does the same thing..

Do you have any extensions installed? Ad block or something else?

try disabling them and trying again, and try it in a new browser
