But as my observations in this discord group, it looks like the support aren’t responsive and some tickets are already over 3 weeks old.
I refunded as well, spent thousands on OR. I think it might be region block or data center block.

I open a new account and able to get access to google models , so my old account was banned from using google models .
For your new account, are you using the same region as the old account? Or are you using a VPN when creating the account or making the payment?

I am using free account via vpn to do the test on gemini 2.0 flash lite model , it's working . so i knew i was blocked and not any engineering bugs in OR , I turn to my gemini account for api then .

possible reason would be the billing address and payment method that show u're in any restricted region?

billing address issue; I tried to open a new acc with a US billing addr and it worked
it seems that once your account tops up using a banned region set in your billing address your acc is effectively banned from accessing U.S. models

switching billing addresses on an already banned acc doesn't work, you have to open a new acc or a new org to access US models again if you're not in the US
but Singapore is in the supported countries lists of all those providers, why would OR ban Singapore?

You have the option to appeal. Bypassing location based restrictions is against the model provider's terms of service and is not allowed
