Already very impressive for this speed and size

#

Z-Image-Turbo – A distilled version of Z-Image that matches or exceeds leading competitors
This stands out to me... Do they have a bigger one coming? Is that Z-Edit? Or something else?

Seems really impressive from my tinkering with the demo. I don't care much for Flux, but this would be awesome to see

might be better than flux 2 deb

Yes, this might be more practical for many users than Flux 2. Did this come out of nowhere... In many cases it's like magic sauce.

#

And yes, this is even a distill. There'll be a z-image-edit and z-image-base according to the model page.

looks pretty sweet for a 6b. i thought that meant i could run it but it needs 16GB VRAM?

This model will be nice for newer finetunes

earnest yacht

yeah i expect good things to happen here

This is like sdxl when it was introduced, small but very-nice quality

red oasis

Been testing this one a bit now, feels versatile and pretty incredible quality for being a 6B distill.

if you zoom in it gives Dall-e vibes

Any plans for this?

trash model. we are inside, looking out of a windo w. a bird garden behind windowsill.

#

T.R.A.S.H

#

we are inside, looking out of a open window. a bird garden behind windowsill. everything in focus. lots of perches and branches on the outside right behind window and sill

brittle plover
#

View from inside looking out a window onto a bird garden, foreground blur

#

lemme try to add ur complexity...

pulsar lava
#

not any better. its so cheap stable diffusion

brittle plover
#

Are the perches inside?

pulsar lava
#

on the windowsill outside

#

as in a human placed tons of stuff there to make a paradise for birds

brittle plover
#

Are you critiquing the lack of realism and the plastic styling of the image, typical of Stable diffusion? I feel like typically LoRAs can solve that, so I'm not too worried.

They recently introduced finetuning. (I wonder how it compares to flux.1 dev in learning :d)

#

bad instruction following is what i think i mean ?

#

flux 2 pro. isntruction following good, but 3d knowledge horrible XD ..... the branches are inside... XD how useful..... for birds....

for 6b model i don't have any complains

worn laurel
#

Lol, why are we comparing a 6B model versus 32B (Flux2)?

#

Btw, very long and detailed prompts can get around some IF issues

buoyant ridge
#

This would make a good base for finetunes

#

Especially with the size and quality

i'm just concerned that this incredible technology may be misused to generate pornographic imagery on the living room computers of our family homes.

Very great for such a small model.

It should be compared to Flux 2 Schnell. This is a 6B model. Z-Image-Base is yet to be released. Obviously the scope will be a bit limited. 🙂 There's just so much you can do.

It sure is an impressive and speedy model for its size. I'm looking forward to both the Edit model and the Base model

yeah I find fal one of the most expensive

for most things

even replicate is more like 0.003~

#

Man I wish this was available lol

#

It's so good, but my hardware is too sluggish to run it quickly

#

And it'd be nice to have an image model that's not either closed or priced ridiculously
