All chats disappeared

The thing is, I didn’t clear my browser, log out of my account, or open it on a new device - I’ve been using the same browser and the same account all this time, and my chats just disappeared. I believe this is a bug or an error, possibly related to some kind of storage overflow or corruption followed by automatic cleanup.
I tried to figure out where they’re stored locally: I created two test chats (“test333” and “test444”) and searched through all storages and all requests/responses in my browser, but found nothing. That’s why I assume the chats are encrypted. Could you tell me exactly where they are stored?
