The transaction went through and everything. I even verified it. But I still didn't get any credits
did you see money taken away from your account?
Yes I'm pretty sure money has been taken. A few months ago I bought credits with a different card so maybe it's just the card I'm using?
Can you check and confirm that money has been taken?
I've just checked and no money has been taken, but when I bought the credits I had to verify to purchase it and still got the thing that said the transaction was successful.
