Free model costing credits for some reason

As the picture has shown, multiple requests are costing $0.02 credits even though it's using the free model. Any idea why?

I have 20 credits in my account, and no where near the 1000 request limit per day.

Free models have low rate limits and may still cost credits if your account balance is negative or if you have already exceeded the free daily request limit. Also, free models require you to have less than 10 credits purchased for a 50 requests/day limit, or at least 10 credits purchased for a 1000 requests/day limit.
