Dear open router,during configuration of my open router account I accidentally auto Top-up'd without realizing it. I was initially going to purchase 5 credits to troubleshoot while using novel crafter. If possible would I be eligible for a refund as it was not my intention nor in my best interest to purchase 25 credits today.
