I am experiencing the same thing right now, not using a vpn or vm to access OpenRouter.ai. Happened to me during login.

I have the same error from Japan. I don't use VPN.

same issue. using vpn but im the only one on it (my own vps)
navigate 1-2 pages and have to wait a minute before continuing
