$0.004 is such an insignificant amount, it wouldn't even be worth thinking about it. Imagine you'd pay support minimum wage of $7.25 (which no one gets paid realistically), even at that starvation wage the "debt" would be offset by the minimum wage worker reading your sentence for more than 2 seconds. Now, if there were tens of millions of these debts, it might be worth to collectively address them, but as is it's essentially nothing.
