That error is the Vertex AI provider - I'm going to guess someone has data privacy enabled.

you can ignore vertex adn enable data training (aistudio train on experimental model's data based on their policy)

AI Studio doesn't actually host a Gemini 1.5 Pro or Flash Experimental model anymore though - if you check the output of https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/models, all the 1.5 Pro/Flash experimental models actually alias to gemini-exp-1206 now.
