#Credits disappeared from account.

This may be a rare cache/visibility bug. Try using a cheap but paid model and see if it works, then the credits are still there, if you do not get an error. This will fix itself after a while (< 1 hour I think)
Or you may have logged in the wrong account, but you should be able to verify this via activity and payment history in your account.
its the right account because, old chat is there which cost me 40cents i tried o1
Well try a cheap model and see if it works.
which ones are cheap? can i just use o1? i need some reasoning power
Just send "hello" to e.g. Haiku from Anthropic, should cost a fraction of a cent to test
o1 will cost a thousand or more times more.
error out of credits
chat is tied to your browser, not your signed in account
What?
what kind of magic is this?
I meant when they said it's the right account just because they can see their old chats
Right, you see the chats from other accounts in the browser.
That is just lazy coding 🙂
unless you've checked the account's activity as well
u guys real people or bots?
Let me check my programming...
if you don't see your o1 request in https://openrouter.ai/activity, then you're signed into the wrong account
i dont have any other accounts to begin with
so where can i get openrouter support? or such thing does not exist?
You should see your payment history including buying the $5 credits here -> https://openrouter.ai/credits
Can you please make a screentshot of that page and share it here?
there is no activity, but seriously there is no official help besides you two?
If there is no activity on the credits page then you are logged in the wrong account.
i have only one account
Well, I see my payment history from over a year ago on my credits page, these do not disappear.
yes but mine disappear, so where I could get help regarding that issue?
or i didnt read terms and conditions where it says credits not used in 3 months dissapear
with all account activity
and there is no help
Officially the credits are only valid for one year, but this is not enforced currently.
but where and how i can contact someone from openrouter to help with this issue?
